I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and my buying experience.I appreciate the fact that you did not treat me like a "loser" because my credit is damaged. I thought you did an excellent job picking out a vehicle for me. I gave you my "wish list" so to speak, and you picked a wonderful vehicle that is newer and loaded. It makes me feel very important and allows me to forget, for just a moment, that I am credit challenged:) I also wanted to say that I felt my trade-in price was very fair. I did not feel like you gave me only what I needed in order to pad your profit. I would refer all of my friends to your company and to you specifically. I forgot to mention that a friend of mine purchased a vehicle there shortly before we did. Her name is Regina. She was very happy with her experience also. I meant what I said that I will be back in 5 years to purchase my next car. Tell your boss I said you're a great example of what customer service should consist of. I haven't felt this good about buying something since my bankruptcy.
